Things I'm digging at the moment

Stonyfield yogurt.
It has a completely different texture than Yoplait/Weight Watchers/Dannon. It's creamy and thick and organic! Yums.

Quinoa.
I feel like along with kale and green monsters, this is a recent "it" food. Without knowing if I'd like it or not, I made some using a recipe for a salad I found on a friend's blog. It was DELICIOUS. Apparently it's crazy good for you too. That's all well and good, but the main thing here is that it tastes fantastic.

Chinchilly nail polish
Spending $8 on nail polish is a little crazy to me. But then I bought this Essie shade and fell in love. The quality makes it look like I got my nails professionally done, and it didn't chip for a week! Win!

Project Runway Season 9
Everything about Project Runway is fabulous. If I could come back in another life as Heidi Klum, I would. My favorite for this season so far is Anthony.

Things I don't know how to feel about:

Most Eligible Dallas
First of all, I'm not a huge fan of Dallas to begin with. To me, it represents everything about Texas that I don't like. It has its charms, but meh.
This group of Dallas socialites makes me want to strangle something.
HOWEVER, because they are so dysfunctional, spoiled, annoying as hell, and dramatic..I might be sucked in to this against my will.

I love quinoa! It's not as weird as it sounds and it can be used so many different ways!

I have that Chinchilly nail polish and it's the bestttt! Essie is so worth the money, dries super fast and doesn't chip.

Oh my gosh...Most Eligible Dallas made me cringe! ha ha. As a Texas girl who spent many years in Dallas it makes me laugh but also want to cry! ha ha. Unfortunately, I don't think they had to look very hard to find these people!!

And Chinchilly...love it! Essie has some great greys right now.

Quinoa is totally one of the 'it' foods right now. I keep hearing about it (:

Can you put up a link to your friend's recipe? I haven't tried quinoa yet, but I really want to :))

I have never had Quinoa, it sounds interesting! Will definitely be picking that nail polish up, I always go for the $1 brands and they always chip after five minutes!

I saw an OPI shade of nail polish almost exactly like that essie one the other day, but decided to wait to get it in TX next week (that's right baby... NEXT WEEK!) cause it will be cheaper.
And I'm soooooooo watching Eligible Dallas today. I can't wait to hate on them (secretly loving them)

I felt a little sick when I spent $8 on Essie (my first time trying it) a month ago. And that was the sale price-regular $13! I had heard so much about 'ballet slippers' that I had to try it. I totally wasn't impressed..it chipped within 2 days! I've tried it a few more times and I still don't get more than 3 days without a small chip. Boo :(
